The CSE will make sure your team is technically enabled during their first project with a combination of:

- On-the-job technical coaching

The CSM ensures that you are successful with achieving your agreed goals and desired outcomes and works to accelerate the time it takes for you to start getting value out of the solution, while the CSE is there to ensure your technical team enablement and successful project delivery.
